Production Test Technician
Our Actuation facility in Chanhassen, MN is looking for a Production Test Technician to join their team! You will be responsible for following process instructions to assemble and test components of company's products. This position provides a challenging and dynamic work environment. Our Chanhassen facility is a temperature controlled and conveniently located.

Hourly rate: $24.00 to $28.00

Your Challenge
- With supervision, applies established principles and procedures to perform standard, routine technical activities relating to the manufacture and test of client products, in a frequently highly time-sensitive environment.
- Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies.
- Determines and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from a variety of blueprints, drawings and diagrams.
- Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems.
- May complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing.
- Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to a variety of technical problems.
- May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.
What You Bring
- Associates degree in a technical-related field is preferred but not required.
- 2 to 4 years' experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Previous experience with set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies is an asset.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Experience reading drawings and blueprints.
- Frequent standing.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must be a US Person.
