Location:

Chanhassen, MN Wage: $28 - $40/hr depending on experience

Hours:

Weekend shift, Friday - Sunday, 4 pm - 4 am / 4 am - 4 pm

Duties of the horizontal milling machinist:

• Set up and operate horizontal milling machines
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Select, align, and secure tools, fixtures, and materials
• Perform dimensional inspections and ensure quality standards
• Edit programs and manage tooling
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements of the horizontal milling machinist:

• High school diploma or GED is a plus
• 2-4 years of machining experience
• Strong computer skills and ability to edit programs
• Basic understanding of GD&T, algebra, and geometry
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. (occasionally up to 75 lbs.)
• Able to stoop, kneel, and perform physical tasks as required
