• Ability to use basic hand tools, mills, and tube bender proficiently.
• Ability to run equipment in fabrication work cell.
• Mill and tube bender, roller, pipe notcher.
• Utilize technology for processing jobs and communication (clocking, inventory, job completion).
• Assist in training employees in the work center with current knowledge base.
• Mandatory overtime when business conditions require it.
• Adherence to the attendance policy.
• All other duties as required.

• Experience in a similar role.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work well with others.
• Excellent organizational skills for maintaining inventory levels and stock management.
• Problem‑solving skills for resolving shipping discrepancies and customer issues.
• Applicants must pass a pre‑employment physical, drug test, and background check as a prerequisite of employment.

• Ability to lift heavy objects (75-100+ lbs.) and perform various physical tasks such as bending, stooping, sitting, walking, twisting, and standing regularly.
• Must have good dexterity to operate hand tools and paint sprayers and must also have normal vision with or without corrective lenses.
