Chanhassen, MN Pay Rate: $19.00 – $30.00 per hour | 12-Hour Shifts | 7 AM-7 PM or 7 PM-7 AM | Rotating Schedule 3 days one week 4 the next Push Buttons, Pull Levers, Cash Paychecks. Operator Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred. Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
Press Operator Experience Requirements1+ years of experience operating manufacturing or production equipment. Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical documentation. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to monitor equipment for proper operation. Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain production standards. Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.
Press Operator Physical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
