• Pick individual components and parts to combine into single shipment
• Build pallets based on size and type of product needing shipment using hand and power tools
• Utilize technology for processing jobs and communication (Clocking, Inventory, Job Completion, Ship Hawk)
• Load and unload all forms of trucking/shipping
• Assist in training employees in the work center with current knowledge base
• Mandatory overtime when business conditions require it
• Adherence to the attendance policy
• All other duties as required

Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm; overtime may be required.

• Experience in a similar shipping role
• Experience in a construction, field services, or foreman-type role is highly beneficial
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work well with others
• Excellent organizational skills for maintaining inventory levels and stock management
• Problem-solving skills for resolving shipping discrepancies and customer issues
• Applicants must pass a pre-employment physical, drug test, and background check as a prerequisite of employment
