Nursing Assistant​/Home Health Aide - Assisted Living & Memory Care

Overview

Summer Wood of Chanhassen – a PHS property located at 525 Lake Drive, Chanhassen, MN 55317. We seek a Part‑Time Nursing Assistant (Home Health Aide / CNA / Caregiver / Resident Assistant) to provide high‑quality personal care to residents in our assisted living and assisted living memory care programs.

The Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide/Resident Assistant is responsible for delivering personal care and services to residents, supporting their personalized living choices while maintaining consistency with regulations and best practices.

• Caregiving experience helpful but not required.
• Demonstrated competencies in person‑directed, elder/resident‑directed practice, home building, critical thinking, teamwork, self‑leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Alignment with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English for communication with all customers.

Estimated starting pay: $21.00 – $22.90 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications and market conditions.
