** Sr Inspector
** We are looking for a Sr Inspector to join our Exlar team!

As our Sr Inspector you will, perform a wide variety of inspections, checks and tests for quality control for the manufacturing of products. You will be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field. You will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks, and work under minimal supervision. Additionally, you will be responsible for accepting, rejecting and ordering rework of the item.

*** Performs inspections of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
* Monitors critical equipment and instrumentation.
* Prepares product verification documentation.
* Follows standard operating procedures for mechanical inspection, test operations, and product assurance.
* Communicates inspection results to cross-functional teams.
* Utilizes problem-solving skills to identify root causes of nonconformances and implement corrective action to prevent error recurrence.
* Proposes rework and repair activities to eliminate nonconforming conditions.
** What You Bring
*** High school diploma or equivalent
* Must be a US Person
* 5+ years of experience inspecting precision-machined components
* Ability to interpret blueprints and a thorough understanding of GD&T
* Demonstrated success with manual inspection tools and common mechanical inspection methods
* Experience with CMM programming a plus
