We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Leader to serve as the day-to-day operational steward of one of our restaurants alongside our Owner/Operator. This role is for a leader who is present, accessible, and relentless about execution.
The Operations Leader is the first call when issues arise, the stabilizing force in the operation, and the leader who ensures the restaurant runs at a high level of excellence.

Your Impact- Serve as the primary leader responsible for day-to-day restaurant operations
- Be the first point of contact for operational issues (staffing gaps, equipment issues, execution breakdowns)
- Lead and support Directors, Managers, and shift leaders through presence and action
- Ensure consistent execution across FOH and BOH
- Steward labor, productivity, food safety, cleanliness, and guest experience
- Identify operational issues and follow through until they are fully resolved
- Model urgency, accountability, and care for people on every shift
- Support the development of leaders through coaching and role modeling
- Comfort being on the floor
, not observing from the sidelines - Willingness to be accessible to the team outside scheduled shifts when needed
- Strong bias toward action and follow-through
- Ability to work through others while still owning the outcome
- Confidence handling real-time operational challenges
- Genuine care for team members and the ability to connect with a younger workforce
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Experience leading teams or supervisors (Restaurant experience not required - we will teach you the skills)
- Strong work ethic and ownership mindset
- Open availability during peak business times (Fridays and Saturdays required)

- 40–45 hours per week
- Majority of time spent in operations
- Availability to support the business outside scheduled shifts when critical needs arise
