Floyd's 99 Chanhassen is hiring Barbers/Stylists to deliver a sharp, personalized experience for every guest. You'll balance speed and quality while helping clients look and feel their best.

• Up to $500 Sign On/Retention Bonus

You'll clock in at our Chanhassen shop, check the book, and get set for a steady flow of guests. Between appointments, you'll reset your space, connect with teammates on what's coming next, and keep the energy high—music on, conversations moving, and clients feeling welcomed. Expect a flexible schedule with evenings and weekends, typically 30-40 hours, and a rhythm that rewards staying organized and focused while keeping things fun.

• Perform short cuts, clipper work, and long cuts with consistency
• Lead clear client consultations and recommend services that match goals
• Support retail product education and sales at checkout
• Maintain a clean, organized station and follow all sanitation and state safety rules
• Collaborate with the team to keep the shop running smoothly

• Valid Minnesota barber or cosmetology license
• Strong communication and customer service instincts
• Solid technical foundation across men's and longer styles
• Positive, team-first attitude
