** Sr. Inside Sales Specialist
** Curtiss-Wright is in search of a Sr. Inside Sales Specialist to support our Actuation Division. As a Sr. Inside Sales Specialist, you will serve as a representative dealing with internal and external customers on day-to-day business matters. You will build and maintain strong relationships with high-valued customers, understanding their business needs and provides tailored solutions to drive revenue growth. You may be responsible for assisting in special projects as needed.

** Your Challenge
*** Leads the development and execution of sales strategies, collaborating with management to align efforts with overall business objectives.
* Identifies and qualifies new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and research, while maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients.
* Prepares and presents detailed sales proposals and presentations that clearly communicate the value of our offerings.
* Monitors and analyzes sales metrics, providing insight and recommendations to enhance team performance and optimize processes.
* Supports business unit's external sales staff, providing commercial assistance, and coordinating sales activities between the external sales staff and division personnel.
* Provides input to the internal sales staff on leads, RFQ, and proposals.
** What You Bring
*** Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing preferred, not required.
* 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
* Experience in industrial automation sales preferred.
* Experience in inside sales or account management, with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
* Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with strong analytical skills to assess data and inform strategy.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
* Must be a U.S. Person.
