Full-Time, W2 Employee About the Role

We’re hiring an Account Manager to join a fast-growing, high-performance dental laboratory that partners with leading dental and orthodontic practices across the U.S. This role is all about building meaningful relationships — not high volume cold calls. You’ll be the go-to liaison for doctors and their teams, helping them get the most out of our products and services while ensuring a seamless client experience from onboarding through ongoing support.

If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where every day brings new opportunities to learn, connect, and problem-solve — this might be your perfect fit.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for orthodontic practices, ensuring clear communication, smooth onboarding, and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Develop trusted relationships with doctors and practice staff, becoming a true partner to their success.
  • Represent the lab at trade shows and industry events — connecting with current clients and introducing new products and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with customer service, marketing, and operations to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates and documentation after client meetings to ensure seamless follow-up and internal alignment.
  • Support cross-selling initiatives by educating clients about new products and services.
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, strengthen relationships, and elevate the overall client experience.
Who You Are
  • A polished professional who combines strong organization and follow-through with warmth and approachability.
  • Proactive, not reactive. You anticipate needs and bring solutions, not just problems.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, vibrant culture.
  • Confident communicator with doctors, teams, and internal stakeholders alike.
  • Willing to travel (up to 60%) for trade shows, client visits, and team meetings.
Your Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or customer success.
  • Experience in orthodontics, dental, or healthcare strongly preferred.
What’s Offered
  • Competitive base salary $80,000+ depending on experience.
  • Health, vision, and dental coverage (50% premium covered).
  • 401(k) with company match after six months.
  • Generous PTO (120 hours annually).
  • Company card for travel expenses.
  • Collaborative, growth-minded culture with leadership that values initiative and rewards high performance.
Not specific enough, please see below for Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a key contact between orthodontic practices and the company during the account setup, issue resolution, and onboarding processes.
  • Obtain a complete understanding of practice needs to ensure the company delivers an exceptional customer experience.
  • Plan and coordinate tradeshow events throughout the year.
  • Ensure strategic and timely follow-up and onboarding following trade show events.
  • Provide internal communication regarding practice issues and satisfaction, including written documentation and team member updates regarding new accounts, preferences, and any other information necessary for an excellent customer experience.
  • Complete and distribute client contact reports after client meetings and phone calls to meet onboarding deadlines and other relevant timelines.
  • Manage client expectations regarding deliverables, processes, and limitations.
  • Regularly convey new ideas and insights on promoting the company and onboarding new customers.
  • Support the account team in developing strategic marketing and communications plans.
  • Conduct audits of news, trends, creative developments, and offers in the industry to ensure the company remains competitive in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials using tools like Canva.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement of client services and internal processes.
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback and satisfaction to recommend enhancements to service delivery.
