Software Engineering Intern

Embedded Firmware Developer Role

In this role, your responsibilities will be:

• Apply technical expertise in the design and development of embedded firmware
• Prepare detailed plans to complete assignments
• Troubleshoot and debug software using unit tests, emulators, simulators, IDE, and bench testing
• Provide process improvements and recommendations
• Work with internal cross-functional teams to understand firmware requirements
• Perform functional integration testing prior to hand-off to the test and evaluation team
• Conduct software design reviews on assigned projects

For this role, you will need:

• Pursuing a bachelor's in engineering
• Zero years of related experience
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications that set you apart:

• Pursuing a bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer, Software, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering
• GPA of 3.0 or above
• Prior internship experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

  The hourly pay for this role is $24-$28, commensurate with the year in school and experience each candidate brings to a role.
