Shipping Associate

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Time: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
What You'll Be Doing- Review and print daily shipping lists
- Use pick lists to gather, pack, and label items securely and accurately
- Verify shipment accuracy using checklists and prep items for safe transport
- Coordinate outbound shipments with UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, and freight carriers
- Enter shipping data, tracking info, and costs into internal systems
- Maintain spreadsheets and proprietary software
- Prepare materials for shipment including kitting and labeling
- Perform documentation, data entry, scanning, and filing
- Assist with pallet staging and truck loading as needed
- Collaborate with sales, deployment, and accounting teams
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide backup support in receiving, inventory, and general warehouse duties
- 1-2 years of experience in shipping or warehouse operations
- Familiarity with Fed Ex and/or UPS shipping systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Forklift experience preferred; certification a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer use
- Experience with MS Dynamics - Solomon is a plus
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
