McLane is hiring CDL-A Driver Trainee to train for a full Driver role. You will receive paid training, hands-on coaching, and the support needed to become a successful McLane Driver.
You will train alongside experienced Driver Trainers to learn each aspect of the role, including safe operation of the tractor-trailer, DOT inspections, and on-time delivery to customers on local and regional routes with Day 1 benefits and a path to a lucrative career.
