to lead day-to-day building maintenance for a commercial real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise maintenance technicians and coordinate vendor work to support reliable building operations.
- Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
- Manage and maintain a CMMS, including creation and tracking of work orders.
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets and ensure effective resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, applicable building codes, and internal company standards.
- Partner with property and project teams to support client objectives, energy efficiency, and sustainability initiatives.
- Strong leadership and vendor/technician management skills.
- Working knowledge of building systems, maintenance planning, and operational troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with CMMS tools and disciplined work-order management.
- Sound understanding of safety regulations (OSHA) and code compliance.
- Budgeting and performance-focused mindset with client-centric communication.
