Campbell is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to help us in our warehouse at Channelview, TX. The Supply Chain Coordinator II is responsible for receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, keeping a concise inventory record, and accurately filling Vessel orders. A successful warehouse associate is hard-working, organized, and detail oriented.
Supply Chain Coordinator Responsibilities- Sourcing materials for vessels and operational orders and procurement via purchase orders.
- Completing grocery orders and occasional pickup for vessels.
- Coordinating the delivery of goods for the vessels and facility.
- Maintaining the procure to pay process.
- Adhering to the procurement departmental KPIs for all orders.
- Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock.
- Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock.
- Conduct quality control and inspection of all stock upon delivery of supplies.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse space.
- Preparing orders for shipment, including making pick lists.
- Operating stock management tools. (e.g., a forklift, boom lift and pallet scale)
- Counting stock and keeping inventory records.
- Picking up and delivering supplies to facilities and vessels in a timely manner.
- Proactively manage vendor communications, pricing, and lead time risks.
- Transporting crew members to the vessels from facilities as required.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned by Supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- 1-2 years of warehouse or marine experience.
- Ability to utilize basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Team player mentality.
- Effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Transportation and/or Inland Marine experience.
