About the Role
World Finance is looking for a Branch Manager to guide customers on their financial journey. In this role you will lead and support a team dedicated to helping customers reach their financial goals.
CompensationSalary: $35,500 - $43,000 per year with bonus opportunity. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
Responsibilities- Facilitate excellent customer service, leading team members by example toward customer care.
- Thoughtfully manage team members by directing, mentoring, and delegating their daily tasks.
- Address customer needs holistically, pairing them with the right loan or assisting with taxes.
- Thoughtfully sell new and existing World products to meet customers' financial needs.
- Support, collaborate, and lean on the strengths and talents of your branch team.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch.
- Foster relationships in the community that drive loan and tax business to the branch.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Management experience or history of strong teamwork.
- Strong people skills and a positive influence as a leader.
- Ability to negotiate, strategize, and plan.
- Willingness to evolve to meet needs and embrace new ideas.
- Passion for customer service and quality‑driven problem solving.
- Absolute team player—ready to pitch in when needed and accept help.

- Occasional lifting up to 5 lbs. and may exert up to 30 lbs. of force.

- Fast‑paced, high‑demand environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines; requires professionalism, multitasking, adaptability, and collaboration.
- Occasional local travel; may include extended hours, evenings, or weekends.
- Standard indoor office setting with shared workspace, typical noise, lighting, and temperature.
- Frequent customer and coworker interaction; must communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronically.
- Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
