Terminal Manager

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being a hands-on leader—someone who takes pride in developing people, improving processes, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering operational results.

• Leading all day-to-day terminal operations
• Managing drivers, dispatch, shop personnel, and terminal staff
• Owning terminal financial performance, including P&L accountability
• Improving driver retention and recruiting quality drivers quickly
• Ensuring compliance with safety programs, company policies, and operating procedures
• Maximizing equipment utilization and operational efficiency
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal leadership
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and overall terminal performance

• 5+ years of transportation and logistics experience
• Terminal Management, Operations Management, or Dispatch Leadership experience
• Strong leadership and employee development skills
• Experience managing financial performance and operating budgets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency with transportation management software and Microsoft Office
