Mustang Cat, the authorized Caterpillar dealer for Southeast Texas, is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Parts Worker to support our growing operations in the Channelview/Baytown Area.
This hands-on position plays a key role in pulling and processing heavy equipment parts orders while supporting our technicians, service shops, and branch operations.
Schedule:
Monday
- Friday | 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM

- Pull parts orders manually and using a forklift
- Handle shipping and receiving of Caterpillar equipment parts
- Expedite orders to support urgent field service and shop repairs
- Process assigned orders accurately and efficiently
- Check in incoming parts deliveries
- Make or build hydraulic hoses as needed
- Assist with loading and unloading the shuttle truck
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Previous forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in non-climate-controlled areas
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with order systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
- Ability to consistently work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Prior experience in heavy equipment parts, distribution, warehousing, or industrial supply
