, you are the master weaver of our AWS ecosystem. You’ll sit at the intersection of high-level architectural vision and deep-code execution. This isn't a role for a spectator—it’s for a visionary who still loves the smell of a fresh deployment and knows how to build systems that are elegant, invisible, and indestructible.

Pay Range: $125,000 - $145,000 annual salary

• The Blueprint: You own the technical North Star. You’ll define how our distributed systems evolve, ensuring our AWS architecture is three steps ahead of our business growth.
• The Forge: You’ll lead the charge in Infrastructure as Code (IaaC), moving beyond simple scripts to build modular, self-healing platforms using Terraform or Pulumi.
• Security as Code: You’ll bake security into the DNA of our infrastructure, moving past “compliance checklists” to automated, proactive guardrails.
• The Innovation Lab: From Serverless (Lambda/Fargate) to Kubernetes (EKS) at scale, you’ll experiment with and implement the next of cloud- patterns.
• Cultural Catalyst: You aren’t just a “manager”; you’re a force multiplier. You’ll mentor elite senior talent and set the “definition of excellence” for the entire engineering or

• Experience: 8+ years of high-stakes engineering; 5+ years of deep-water AWS mastery.
• Cloud Craft: Expert-level knowledge of the AWS stack (Compute, Networking, Global Transit, Storage).
• The Stack: High proficiency in Go, Python, or Rust

• Orchestration: Mastery of Kubernetes (EKS) and a “Serverless-first” mindset.
• Reliability: A passion for Observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Honeycomb) and high-availability design.

• A Systems Thinker: You see the “big picture” of a distributed system but can still debug a VPC routing issue or a condition in a Lambda function.
• A Pragmatic Purist: You know when to build for the “ideal state” and when to ship a pragmatic solution that works today.
• A Leader by Influence: You don't need a title to lead a room. You communicate complex architectural trade-offs to stakeholders and junior devs with equal clarity.

• You hold AWS Professional certifications (Architect or Dev Ops).
• You’ve scaled a CI/CD platform that developers actually love using.
• You have experience migrating legacy monoliths into sleek, event-driven microservices.
