Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Shift: 6 AM - 3 PM | Overtime flexibilities | Possible weekends | Training may occur on a different shift

This is what it takes to work for us.
- Previous logistics, dispatch, or transportation coordination experience (non-entry level role)
- Knowledge of DOT compliance and driver scheduling
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Dress code:
Casual (or business casual attire) - Background in logistical tracking, DOT & HOS compliance, and certified driver dispatch knowledge required
- Experience with GPS systems (Geo Tab or similar)
- Strong communication skills, able to answer phones and multitask effectively
- Monitor driver activity and ensure DOT/HOS compliance
- Dispatch drivers efficiently while maintaining safety standards
- Track loads using GPS or other software
- Communicate effectively with drivers, management, and customers
- Flexibility to support weekend coverage as needed
