Assignment Type: 6-month contract with potential for contract-to-hire

Compensation
: $22/hr

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with recording and reconciling financial transactions
  • Assist senior accountant with preparing and processing AP & AR invoices, expense reports, and payments
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Help prepare basic financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Provide support during audits as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well in a team
Preferred Skills
  • Internship or entry-level accounting experience (1 yr preferred)
  • Strong communication and Excel skills
