Associa is hiring a part‑time Administrative Assistant, working 20 hours a week, flexible schedule, during workday hours 9 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday. Location is at the corporate office in Chantilly, VA with site visits in Fairfax, VA on an as needed basis.
Responsibilities- Answer and direct calls.
- Assist homeowners in making monthly payments and with the architectural review process.
- Maintain Clubhouse reservations and meeting schedule.
- Manage all communications, written and in email format, to homeowners to include weekly community updates, events, maintenance projects, and board meetings.
- Collect data and submit reports to the Portfolio Manager and members of the Board of Directors.
- Attend and take minutes during board and committee meetings.
- Monitor and update social media and website.
- Assist in walking the community, conducting site inspections, issuing HOA violation notices to homeowners, and entering work orders.
- Other duties as requested.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
- Customer service driven and team oriented.
- Proactive work habits and communication style with timely follow‑up.
- Attention to detail and deadlines, takes the initiative, self‑managed, and self‑directed.
- Firm understanding of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
