Position Overview
The Construction Administrative Coordinator provides clerical and administrative support to construction management and field teams. This role supports daily operations by maintaining documentation, coordinating reporting processes, tracking inspections, and ensuring efficient office functions in a construction site environment.
Key Responsibilities- Execute clerical and general office duties including filing system setup, data entry, typing, copying, and ordering office and field supplies
- Provide administrative support to general foreman, field foreman, general contractor, and other construction management staff
- Establish and maintain daily reports and pre-task plans for general contractors
- Review, enter, and submit weekly hours for 100+ field employees from daily timecards
- Set up and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Schedule inspections and track progress
- Develop and maintain technical lists (phone/email lists, project forms, expense reports, etc.)
- Create and maintain data sheets and other project documentation
- Support special projects and perform additional administrative tasks as needed
- 3–5 years of administrative experience
- Experience in a construction or field environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Bluebeam or Adobe software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Salary Range: $30 per hour
- There is no visa sponsorship for this position.
