Position Overview

Join us in our fast‑paced support to the Space Development Agency (SDA). SDA delivers space‑based capabilities to the joint warfighter to support terrestrial missions through the development, fielding, and operation of the proliferated warfighter space architecture. We are seeking an office manager to support SDA. The candidate will work in a high‑paced environment, deliver quality products, and address multiple requirements. They will apply administrative skills to help solve complex issues and ensure the office workflow continues even during high‑demand activities.

Responsibilities
  • Office management and facilities operations
  • Scheduling, supplies, seating plans, life/safety management
  • Basic IT and facility management experience
  • Assist in developing special event requirements such as time, place, location, duration, number of attendees, and security requirements
  • Arrange appropriate conference rooms/facilities and prepare meeting places in accordance with acceptable protocol and security procedures such as seating arrangements and security verification
Required Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
  • TS/SCI eligibility required
Preferred Qualifications
  • 0–4 years of direct administrative support experience and a Headquarters or Executive level DoD office, two years of which supporting high‑level military or civilian officials
  • College degree highly desired
