** Position Overview
** Varco Mac is seeking a highly organized and detail driven Operations Coordinator to support our Service operations within a fast paced Data Center environment. This role is ideal for a candidate experienced in MOP/MCM execution, construction or service workflows, safety compliance, and cross functional field coordination.

The ideal candidate will excel at maintaining strict documentation standards, supporting Data Center operations teams, coordinating vendor workflows, and ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders. This position is located in Chantilly, VA and is a full-time position.
** Key Responsibilities** +
** MOP & MCM Management** + Manage complete MOP/MCM workflows including pre work verification, site walkdowns, tool and PPE checks, LOTO preparation, and readiness sign off. + Track MCM status, operational constraints, and system conditions prior to scheduled work. + Coordinate pre task meetings with vendors, project managers, and Data Center operations teams to confirm scope accuracy and risk mitigation. +
** Documentation & Compliance** + Draft, review, and maintain detailed Method of Procedures (MOPs) and Maintenance Change Management (MCM) documents in accordance with Data Center standards. + Maintain a
