Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide administrative support to Senior Leaders (to include: managing calendars, answering telephones, reviewing documents, making travel, responding to correspondence, and maintaining office staff phone contact lists)
Oversee the administrative and clerical functions in support of the assigned team, contracts, projects, or tasks
Schedule meetings and reserve conference rooms
Attend and facilitate meetings, and capture meeting minutes (as directed)
Perform other duties as assigned, such as Human Resources, Records Management, Facilities (to include escorting), and Security functions
Provide coverage (as needed) across functional Administrative Team
Domestic travel up to 25%
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma and 8+ years of experience, or Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of experience
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (to include: Outlook, MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Possess excellent organization and time-management skills
Possess strong Typing Skills (50+ wpm)
Ability to work independently on tasks (with minimal guidance)
Have exceptional oral and written communication, organizational skills, and team-building skills
Experience working in fast-paced environments and working under quick timelines assisting multiple clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrate expert-level analytical and Critical Thinking Skills
Have strong interpersonal, people, and listening skills
Be responsive to tasking and able to work well independently and in groups
Previous NRO experience is highly desired
Experience with customer program eTrip
Clearance Requirement:
Active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
