Administrative Assistant

Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team immediately. This is a full-time onsite opportunity, Monday through Friday, for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and can start ASAP.

Responsibilities:

+ Handle customer service issues professionally and promptly

+ Process customer orders accurately

+ Update and maintain data entry records

+ Complete daily operational and administrative tasks

+ Support office workflow and ensure strong attention to detail in all work

Requirements

+ 2+ years of office experience required

+ Strong communication skills

+ Excellent attention to detail

+ Strong computer skills

+ Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office setting

+ Has context menu
