Business Analyst

The role of Business Analyst contributes to HighPoint by developing and implementing a long‑term data reporting and analysis strategy; maintaining a strong focus on managing recurring and ad‑hoc reporting processes from design, data collection, analysis, and reporting; and reporting and analyzing results across all levels of staff and leadership.
Knowledgeand Skills Requirements
- Advanced written, verbal, and communication skills
- Data analytics
- Data management, statistics, accounting, and computer applications
- Familiarity with agile project methodology
- Knowledge and experience with collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA)
- Experience in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work within established guidelines and time frames.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally at all organizational levels.
- Strong working knowledge with data analytics.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills.
- Excellent writing and public speaking skills.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine solutions.
- Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in a technical or business field, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Two (2) years relevant experience
- Collaboration and Project Management tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA) experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with agile project methodology
- Top Secret Clearance
