Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility U.S. Citizenship required OMNI Consulting Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Operations & Financial Management Analyst to support to the Space-Based Sensing and Targeting (SBST) Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Office. This role provides financial management, acquisition reporting, and business operations support in a high-visibility acquisition environment.
* Support budget planning, execution, tracking, and financial reporting
* Manage funding documents (e.g., MIPRs), expenditures, and financial records
* Develop financial reports, spend plans, and executive-level briefings
* Support acquisition reporting and business operations activities
* Utilize tools such as CCaR for financial tracking and reporting
* Coordinate with program offices, contracting, and financial teams
* Support PMRs, executive meetings, and tasker management
* Ensure compliance with DoD and Space Force financial policies Job requirements Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
* 10+ years of DoD financial management, acquisition, or budget experience
* Experience with acquisition reporting and financial execution
* Familiarity with CCaR and financial tracking tools
* Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Preferred
* Experience supporting Space Force, SSC, NRO, or SDA
* Knowledge of PPBE and acquisition lifecycle processes Requirements
