Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Development Manager to oversee the daily operations and drive growth at our Mental Health Practice. The Business Development Manager performs many leadership, organizational and decision‑making tasks in planning, guiding and growing the practice. Maintain focus on service, operational excellence/efficiency and growth.

• Ensure all inquiries for services are followed-up timely
• Works with leadership to identify opportunities and initiates improvement plans
• Manage processes to support client conversions
• Develop and implement strategic outreach initiatives to connect with Healthcare providers and families in the community
• Ensure excellence in Customer Service
• Track and report on outreach activities, outcomes and key performance indicators
• Manage, coach and lead Intake Coordinators
• Ensure office schedule is completed and covered proactively
• Establish, implement and ensure effective workplace procedures
• Maintain all operations according to regulations
• Manage and maintain Team member and Independent Contractor Personnel files
• Monitor/Order the inventory for testing and therapy supplies

• Travel to referral sources
• Proficiency in CRM and MS Office Suite Skills
• Proven experience in practice management
• Experience in fiscal and operational management preferred
• Previous experience in Mental Health role is advantageous but not mandatory.
