Key Responsibilities
Capture & Pre-Proposal Support
Support capture managers with opportunity tracking, milestone planning, and capture documentation
Maintain capture calendars, win strategy artifacts, and gate review materials
Assist with competitor research, customer intelligence tracking, and opportunity assessments
Coordinate color team reviews and capture-related meetings
Proposal Development Support
Coordinate proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and deliverable trackers
Manage proposal document version control and content integration
Support RFP/RFQ/RFI analysis, requirements extraction, and compliance checks
Track action items, risks, and dependencies throughout proposal execution
Assist with production, submission readiness, and final quality checks
Cross-Functional Coordination
Serve as a central point of coordination between proposal managers, technical leads, pricing, and operations
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document decisions and action items
Support onboarding of SMEs into proposal efforts and ensure timely contributions
Process & Tools Support
Maintain proposal repositories, templates, and lessons‑learned documentation
Support continuous improvement of capture and proposal processes
Utilize proposal management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Excel, proposal automation platforms)
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2–4 years of experience supporting capture, proposals, or project coordination in a Gov Con or consulting environment
Familiarity with federal acquisition processes and proposal life cycles
Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms
Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting federal proposals (RFP, RFQ, RFI)
Familiarity with Shipley, APMP, or similar proposal methodologies
Experience coordinating color team reviews and compliance processes
APMP Foundation or Practitioner certification (or willingness to pursue)
