Overview Our HR Advisor to Senior Management will provide strategic executive-level personnel administration, workforce management, and specialized administrative support to senior leadership at the headquarters level. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and process high-level civilian, military, and contractor personnel actions and organizational records.
* Direct workforce management activities including complex billet tracking and personnel readiness reporting.
* Manage executive schedules, strategic meetings, complex travel logistics, and leadership task management.
* Drive process improvement initiatives for workflow visibility and maintain secure personnel databases. Skills Required

Required Qualifications
* Master's degree (MA/MS) is required.
* Minimum 15 years of experience supporting HR, executive administration, or workforce support activities.
* Extensive experience supporting DoD, IC, U.S. Space Force, or related federal organizations at a headquarters level. Desired Qualifications

* U.S. citizenship is required. Salary Range: $120,000 - $135,000/year, DOE Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, or the sciences.
