Legion Technical Solutions LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Program Manager / Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Chantilly. Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage full lifecycle program management activities across multiple concurrent projects
* Develop and execute acquisition strategies, plans, and documentation in support of government or defense contracts
* Coordinate with stakeholders, contracting officers, and program offices to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables
* Monitor program schedules, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
* Draft, review, and manage acquisition-related documents including SOWs, PWS, RFPs, and acquisition plans
* Provide expert guidance on procurement regulations, FAR/DFARS compliance, and acquisition best practices
* Identify and mitigate program risks while communicating status updates to senior leadership
* Apply organization-specific acquisition policies and procedures, including National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) acquisition considerations, as applicable.
* Advise program leadership on the selection and use of appropriate contract vehicles, including:
* Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts
* Other Transaction Authorities (OTAs)
* Time-and-Materials (T&M) contracts
* Cost-Reimbursement contracts
* Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
* 5+ years of experience in program management and/or government acquisition
* Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal acquisition regulations
* Experience supporting DoD or federal government programs strongly preferred
* PMP certification or DAU Acquisition certifications a plus
* Active TS/SCI CI Poly
* Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
