Legion Technical Solutions LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Program Manager / Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Chantilly. VA This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex programs and support critical acquisition efforts within a dynamic, mission-focused environment. • Lead and manage full lifecycle program management activities across multiple concurrent projects
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies, plans, and documentation in support of government or defense contracts
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contracting officers, and program offices to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables
• Monitor program schedules, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Draft, review, and manage acquisition-related documents including SOWs, PWS, RFPs, and acquisition plans
• Provide expert guidance on procurement regulations, FAR/DFARS compliance, and acquisition best practices
• Identify and mitigate program risks while communicating status updates to senior leadership
• Apply organization-specific acquisition policies and procedures, including National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) acquisition considerations, as applicable.
• Advise program leadership on the selection and use of appropriate contract vehicles, including:
• Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts
• Other Transaction Authorities (OTAs)
• Time-and-Materials (T&M) contracts
• Cost-Reimbursement contracts
• Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in program management and/or government acquisition
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal acquisition regulations
• Experience supporting DoD or federal government programs strongly preferred
• PMP certification or DAU Acquisition certifications a plus
• Active TS/SCI CI Poly
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
