Overview
Long Fence is currently seeking a Residential Deck Superintendent
. The position will be based out of our Chantilly, VA office.
- Meeting with consumers
- Performing quality control inspections
- Leading crews to meet project goals
- Site visits to perform quality control inspections with detailed tracking of results
- Meeting with consumers to review project results
- Meeting with county inspectors during the construction process
- Assist crews job set up and installation
- The candidate will work in coordination with the installation department and sales staff to ensure a positive client experience for each project
- a minimum of 5 years carpentry experience
- a working knowledge of field and crew supervision
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
Pay rate is dependent on experience. Pay rate starts at $25 per hour.
