Summer Laborer - Ready Mix

• Promote safety by acting as an active advocate for OSHA and Vulcan standards for yourself and others.
• Perform general physical activities, such as working with hand tools, cleaning, washing, sweeping, shoveling materials, and handling 40‑lb bags of ice.
• Assist with daily plant operations and perform additional duties as assigned.

• Experience:
  
  Training is available for this role.
• Certifications:
  
  A valid driver’s license is required.
• Knowledge:
  Familiarity with general industrial maintenance, construction, or aggregate production practices is preferred.
• Flexibility:
  Must work overtime/extended hours and tolerate outdoor work in all weather with loud noise exposure.

  Skills:
  
  Basic knowledge of industrial tools, their uses, and maintenance.

Hourly range: $20.00 – $22.50 (based on skill set, experience, job scope, and market data).
