Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is seeking an Assistant Manager for Commercial Pre-Construction to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia.
Job Duties To Include, But Are Not Limited To- Preconstruction coordination between estimator, purchasing, installation, and customer including detailed review of plans, specifications, submittals, and contracts.
- Lead internal project preconstruction meetings.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
- 7+ years of commercial construction industry experience.
- Construction software and computer skill experience.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
This position is full-time. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, in-office.
Compensation- The minimum compensation for this position is $45 per hour.
- The maximum compensation for this position is $50 per hour.
