• Exceptional Communicator:

• Proven Achiever:
  At least 3 years in residential construction, with 1-2 years managing project budgets and schedules. Remodeling experience preferred but not required.
• Skilled Tradesperson:
  Hands‑on experience and understanding of residential trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Multi‑Tasker:
  Capable of managing several projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

Candidates must be local to the Northern VA / MD / DC area.
