Call Center Representative

Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with questions and concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and provide a positive service experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be working Monday to Friday full time.

Responsibilities:

+ Answer a high volume of inbound and/or outbound customer calls.

+ Assist customers with account questions, service issues, orders, and general inquiries.

+ Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

+ Resolve complaints professionally and escalate complex issues as needed.

+ Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies.

+ Meet performance goals for call handling, customer satisfaction, and response times.

Requirements

+ Previous call center or customer service experience preferred. e.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

+ Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and data entry.

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

+ Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

+ Has context menu.
