Customer Service Representative

Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be onsite full-time Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

+ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

+ Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a high level of service.

+ Process orders, returns, account updates, and service requests accurately.

+ Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in internal systems.

+ Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer concerns.

+ Provide product, service, and policy information to customers.

+ Meet performance goals related to response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

+ 1+ years of customer service, call center, or administrative support experience preferred.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

+ Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems

+ Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
