Call Center Representative
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with questions and concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and provide a positive service experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be working Monday to Friday full time.
Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of inbound and/or outbound customer calls.
- Assist customers with account questions, service issues, orders, and general inquiries.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Resolve complaints professionally and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Meet performance goals for call handling, customer satisfaction, and response times.
