This is a full-time on-site 3D Designer role located in Chantilly, VA. The 3D Designer will create high-quality, single family residential models integrated with BIM systems, primarily utilizing Higharc software. Having residential or home building experience is a positive, but not required. The position will require deadline driven performance, while balancing design & problem solving capabilities. Your daily design requirements will be creating or re-modeling individual house designs for clients.
Your expertise will be used for permits, purchasing and construction, and add to the beautiful portfolio of Evergreene Homes.
- Expertise in 3D Design and 3D Modeling
- Strong skills in BIM & Graphic Design
- Proficiency in relevant design software and tools
- Attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, Information Technology or related field
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
On-site & virtual training of software included in position start-up
