Ralston Architects has opened a studio in Dallas, Texas, and we are searching for an exceptional Project Manager to help lead it. You’ll be responsible for guiding a team of dynamic architects, directing projects from early stage conceptual design through construction. You’ll work directly alongside firm leadership to grow the studio’s presence and portfolio across the DFW region and beyond. You probably have five to ten years of experience in residential design. You have demonstrated success managing projects from design through construction and ensuring the successful execution of project schedule and budget.

Your character is a tremendous asset and you have a technical pedigree to match. You probably are licensed in one or more states and have a professional degree in Architecture from an accredited university. The tools of an architect are extremely familiar to you; both hand-drawing skills and a variety of software (Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office). You are organized, punctual, and a natural team leader.
