About the PositionThe Adjunct Applied Classical Trumpet Professor will teach individualized lessons, starting August 24, 2026.
Responsibilities- Teach Applied Classical Trumpet during daytime hours on campus;
- Assist with recruitment for the Trumpet Studio;
- Participate in Brass Area initiatives, including performances, faculty recitals, auditions, and juries.
- Master’s degree in Music required;
- Successful experience teaching at the college level;
- Demonstrated experience working with colleagues and students from diverse backgrounds;
- An established reputation as a professional artist with a documented portfolio of live performances.
- Doctorate in Music.
