JTCC offers a wide range of tennis programming including free, grassroots instruction for youth in low-income communities; all levels of junior and adult instruction; and adaptive tennis clinics for wheelchair users, Special Olympians, and military veterans.

About the RoleJTCC is hiring a part-time Junior and Adult Development Coach to deliver high-quality tennis instruction. This position is based at the Westfields Marriott in Chantilly, VA from March through October, and may continue during winter months if weather allows.
Job Responsibilities Program Delivery (85%)- Teach 10-20 hours per week, primarily weekday evenings and weekend mornings
- Organize and implement high-quality lessons, clinics, and camps for junior and adult players
- Establish a fun, energetic, and engaged on-court experience for all players
- Participate in adaptive and outreach programming
- Ensure smooth operations through equipment set-up, clean-up, and attendance tracking
- Build a clientele of private lessons
- Assist with program promotion and growth
- Assist with court maintenance tasks
- Input on player progression along the JTCC pathway
- Respond to emails within 24 hours
- Assist with execution of tennis events
- Attend professional development trainings and meetings
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Player Development – Chantilly
- Track record of success in growing youth and adult sports program participation
- Strong tennis instruction background
- Excellence in communication and organization
