SAIC is seeking an TOPS Technical Training Instructor (TTI). This position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph and is located in Chantilly, VA.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Deliver, teach, and facilitate courses to meet all course and learning objectives

* Serve as subject matter expert (SME) using professional and technical experiences to engage and teach adult learners

* Monitor student progress during course executions and provide feedback to the customer

* Support the development of new, or modification of existing courses in coordination with technical instructional systems designers

Qualifications

* Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

* Bachelor's degree (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and 18 or more years of related experience

* 5 years of experience serving in PCS customer assignments

* 10 years of experience within the Intelligence Community (IC)

* Demonstrated experience delivering content for adult learners

* Demonstrated experience tailoring communications and facilitating discussions among small and large groups of people with diverse backgrounds

* Ability to adopt new technologies for knowledge management and/or tailoring of technology to support learning needs

* Ability as a self-starter, to team effectively, regularly work outside your comfort zone, and to adapt to emerging technologies and evolving requirements

* Experience working in a collaborative team environment and partnering across various customer offices

Desired

Qualifications:

* 3 years as TOPS officer

* Extensive experience with the customer supporting multiple lines of business

* Adult learning experience teaching technical courses, student mentoring, and class facilitation

* Advanced degree in Science, Engineering, or Education
