Space Planner – K  National Security Solutions

K ’s National Security Solutions team provides high‑end engineering and advanced technology solutions to the intelligence and national security communities. This position is a Space Planner that will design, optimize, and manage functional and efficient spaces to support defense and national security missions.

• Analyze space requirements and provide detailed space plans to optimize layouts.
• Work closely with architectural and design teams to develop functional and efficient spaces.
• Manage and coordinate moves, adds, and changes to office layouts.
• Ensure all spaces meet health, safety, and organizational standards.
• Maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed set standards.
• Facilitate team communication to keep stakeholders informed and aligned on project goals and updates.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Must be a US or Australian citizen.
• Must possess a TS/SCI with Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in space planning, facilities management, or interior design.
• Strong understanding of design principles and space optimization.
• Proficient in CAD and other design software.
• Attention to detail to ensure high‑quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
• Adaptability to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
• Strong decision‑making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.

This role is located in Alice Springs, Australia. It is a contingent position based upon contract award and requires onsite presence 100%.
