As a digital engineering expert on our team, you’ll have the chance to lead the development and upgrades of systems across multiple defense, civilian, and space domains by leading digital engineering and model-based systems engineering ( MBSE ) activities. Your customer will t rus t you to not only design and develop these systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions.
You will help lead a varied team of technically competent engineers, each rising in their careers. On our team, you’ll be able to broaden your skill set into areas like model-based design, model-based systems engineering, digital engineering, and technical analyses. You Have:
7+ years of experience with systems engineering activities
5+ years of experience using MBSE tools
3+ years of experience leading engineering teams
Knowledge of core systems and digital engineering concepts regarding the use of engineering models across the lifecycle, authoritative lifecycle data, tool chains, digital threads, and digital twins
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology
Nice If You Have:
Experience supporting engineering tools, including Dassault 3DS, SBE Vision, IBM DOORS, Jama Connect, Model Center , Team Center , MATLAB, or STK, and CAD tools, such as CATIA and Solid Works
Experience in a Department of Defense aerospace program acquisition office
Experience conceptualizing military problems, decomposing high-level missions systems modeling, and developing detailed designs in a systems model in support of product development
Experience developing and executing model-based testing using the systems model with linked engineering tools
Knowledge of linking analytical and engineering tools in a digital thread
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
TS/SCI clearance
INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification, including CSEP or ASEP Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ;
Top Secret clearance is required.

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
