Project Engineer - Acquisitions; Security Clearance

Position: Project Engineer - Acquisitions (All Levels) with Security Clearance
Responsibilities Noblis ESI is seeking a Project Engineer - Acquisition with a national space enterprise and ground systems acquisition background to work with our clients in supporting the future g r ound architecture . Job Respon sibilities
* Serve as program support to the government Program Manager (PM) with responsibility for technical knowledge of the assigned teams and programs/projects
* Provide technical guidance and recommendations related to the integration of National Systems-based capabilities
* Assist the PM/COTR in program management; strategic planning; cost, schedule, and performance monitoring and reporting; program synchronization; generating requests for information responses; cross-program coordination; and programmatic
* support Agile-based program management and implementation of a Model-Base Systems Engineering approach
* Lead IPT meetings and review process boards to include but not limited to ERBs, CCBs, SRRs, PDRs, CDRs, and PMRs
* Support the PM in multiple areas which include systems, mission, and enterprise engineering; program management; acquisition support; analytic support; technical analysis; user requirement management/development; architecture; and customer outreach and support
* Serve as technical expert in their assigned area
* Other responsibilities include administrative and technical support to the Government leadership team, internal cross coordination, external mission partners and other DoD/IC customers

Required Qualifications
* US Citizenship is required
* Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph
* Bachelor Degree
* E xperience in p roject management and acquisition , with emphasis on Government acquisition in DoD or IC

* Familiarity with project management ; monitoring developer cost, schedule, and performance ; and program office processes, techniques, and documentation

* Ability to facilitate commonality within the enterprise by defining, a cquiring , and integrating a multi-INT, multi-sensor, and multi-nodal processing capability

* Ability to problem solve in a rapidly changing environment and interface with the customer daily

* Track and respond to office tasking, build, and present program briefings , and update project schedules and calendars

* Ability to travel < 10% Junior-Level

* Compensation: $82,500 - $141,775 Mid-Level

* Compensation: $146,200 - $228,400

* Master's Degree in a BSTEM field

* Familiarity with the N RO's and DoD's n ational and tactical space architecture s

* Familiarity with different contracting types ; e.g.: competition, sole source, IDIQ/TOs, Other Transa c tions , and B road Agency Announcements )

* K nowledge of Electro
-o ptical, RADAR, SIGINT , Communications, Mission Management, and M ission processing systems supporting a space and ground architecture

* W orking knowledge of SAFe Agile or similar agile processes and JIRA and Confluence tools

* Certified in one or more of the following: INCOSE (or DAWIA equivalent), OMG Systems Modeler, Agile, Project Management, MBSE
